POLICY
Because we are shipping live plants, we do not take returns or exchanges. Shipping live plants comes with risks that are unfortunately out of our control. We pack our plants with extreme care, but sometimes things happen in transit. We ship with USPS Priority Mail, which comes with insurance automatically. Claims can be filed with USPS for losses or damages if necessary. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages that occur once the plants have been shipped. However, please do not hesitate to send us a message with any concerns or problems with your order that you may have. Please take photos of the plants and message us! We are happy to help!
